All tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated within the specific event information.

All tickets are non-refundable, with one exception: if the event is cancelled, all monies will be refunded in full or an alternate date will be offered.

You can however, request to exchange your tickets for a different show of the equivalent value.

If an exchange for a different show is given then no further refund or exchange will be given.

If the original ticket purchaser sells, exchanges or gives their tickets to another party, this then becomes a private agreement between those parties for which Heckle & Squelch Comedy Club accepts no responsibility. 

When purchasing tickets that include items or services provided by a third party such as a meal deal or drink offer, then these are the responsibility of the business providing these additional items or services.

Please be aware that many of our shows are aimed at over 18s, please make sure you check the event information before booking. Many of the venues we use are licensed and only allow members of the public entry if they are over 18. Please always bring suitable ID.

Whilst we make every effort to keep line-ups as advertised, line-ups may be subject to change. We will always replace any acts who for reasons outside of our control cannot play the venue.

We expect venues, staff, acts and fellow customers to be treated with respect and good manners. This extends to talking during the show which we consider to be rude and disrespectful to the acts as well as other members of the audience.

Any customers demonstrating aggressive, intimidating or disruptive behaviour will be asked to leave without refund. 

Flash photography is not permitted, nor is recording any performances, without seeking written approval to do so in advance.
